There are four main costs for a tournament that typically is payed through the club: team fee (~1000 EUR/team), players fee (~175 EUR/player),
uniforms (~75 EUR/kit) and a club fee to cover fixed costs for the club (approx. 30 EUR/player but varies depending on the number of players).
Accomodation and merchandise (tournament discs etc.) are sometimes purchased through the club and sometime payed directly on site.
Costs payed through the club collected i three steps. Team fees are payed to BULA in May and is therefore collected among the players that
have signed up at that point. Players fee is collected in August by the club that arrange the tournament is payed by all players in August.
Finally are uniforms ordered and payed for in Sept. together with the club fee. At this point will those that payed the team fee pay less,
and those that did not contribute to the team fee will pay more in order to balance the cost evenly among all players.
